Based on production needs, our company intends to conduct an open tender for the second-phase weak current project of the Thai factory. We welcome interested bidders to register for this tender. Our company will invite qualified bidders to participate in the bidding. The following are the relevant matters announced as follows:
I. Subject: The second-phase low-voltage project of the factory in Thailand
II. Project Content: It covers the construction of an intelligent system for the entire park, including comprehensive wiring, security monitoring, network architecture, access control management, and computer rooms; it also includes the expansion of wireless points in the first-phase factory area and the repair of some faulty monitoring equipment. The service scope includes the entire process of equipment supply, construction installation, system debugging, and after-sales maintenance.
III. Scope of Bidding (Please refer to the bidding documents issued after the qualification pre-review is successful)
1. Hardware and auxiliary materials: Various types of low-voltage equipment and auxiliary materials that meet the project requirements;
2. System Construction: Workshop monitoring system, access control system, UPS power supply system, wireless/wired network system;
3. Others: Include system integration, debugging and optimization, personnel training, maintenance during the warranty period, and other related services.
IV. Project Location: Lagona Industrial Park, Chiang Mai Province, Thailand
V. Qualification Requirements for Qualified Bidders:
1. Possess the ability to independently bear civil liability. The company should be an independent legal entity with a registered capital of at least 5 million RMB. The main business of the company should include at least the following two items (among which system integration services and equipment sales are mandatory): system integration, weak current intelligentization, equipment sales, computer software and hardware technology development, technology transfer, technology consultation, technical services; computer system services; network system engineering; security system design, construction and maintenance, etc.
2. Business reputation and risk verification: Through "Tianyancha" and "National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System" (http://www.gsxt.gov.cn/index.html), a risk verification was conducted. The enterprise was not included in the "Business Abnormality List" or the "Serious Illegal and Dishonest Enterprise List", and no major quality or safety accidents occurred in the past three years.
3. Establishment and operation period of the enterprise: The registration time for traders/agents is generally more than 2 years, while for others it is no less than 1 year. (Excluding cases of enterprise name change).
4. Given that the project is implemented overseas, this project accepts independent bids from a single enterprise or bids from a consortium of Chinese and Thai enterprises. Bidders must possess local operation and maintenance capabilities in Thailand, be able to complete local operation, compliance integration, after-sales support, etc., to ensure the project's implementation and long-term operation. Special requirements for consortium bids: The consortium must consist of 1 domestic enterprise and 1 Thai enterprise, and participate in the bid as a single bidder. All parties of the consortium are jointly responsible for all matters related to this project's bidding, performance, after-sales, compliance, etc. The consortium must meet the following hard requirements: (1) Performance requirements: Members of the consortium must have implementation and operation cases for similar overseas projects; (2) Personnel requirements: The consortium must be equipped with local permanent personnel in Thailand to handle local project integration, daily operation, fault handling, and full-cycle after-sales support.
5. 2 successful application cases of food/fast-moving consumer goods industries or similar enterprises. The cases should include at least three items from the following: workshop monitoring system, access control system, UPS power supply system, wireless/wired network system.
6. Possess professional contracting qualifications commensurate with the scope of the contracted project (within the validity period), and have either a Class III qualification for building intelligent engineering contracting or a Class III qualification for electronic and intelligent engineering contracting, or other qualifications that allow for the undertaking of this project.
7. Having a fixed office location, contact person and contact number;
8. Possess the ability to withstand risks and be capable of bearing one's own risks throughout the entire performance process;
9. The core members of the project should meet the following requirements (and more):
① Project Solution Team: With experience in designing and implementing intelligent weak current projects, they can play a guiding role in the project and provide constructive suggestions during the project process.
② Project Manager: At least 5 years of working experience, with 3 or more project management experiences. Candidates with PMP certification will be given priority.
VI. Materials to be presented upon registration:

2. One scanned copy of the business license (with the official seal);
3. Brief introduction of the proposed bid products;
4. Grade III or above in the professional contracting for building intelligent engineering or Grade III or above in the professional contracting for electronic and intelligent engineering;
5. Company Profile (including business scope, company size, honorary certificates, and enterprise website address, etc.)
6. Commitment Letter: Bidders are required to submit a commitment letter stating whether they have received any penalties or sanctions from any government department within the past three years (including their subsidiaries and branches authorized by them).
7. Provide the financial reports for the years 2023-2025 and the most recent one in 2026, including the income statement, cash flow statement, and balance sheet. Preferably, provide the audited financial statements.
8. Scanned copy of the original power of attorney;
9. Main achievements in the same field over the past three years: At least two successful application cases from food/fast-moving consumer goods industries or similar enterprises (please provide copies of the contracts), the cases should include workshop monitoring systems, wireless/wired network systems, access control systems or UPS power supply systems;
10. Materials that the supplier believes should be provided additionally.
